Meet Dusty Dean, CFP®, AAMS™

Dusty Dean, CFP®, AAMS™, is a Harrisonburg native who believes people deserve straightforward advice from someone who understands both the market and the community. After graduating from the University of Richmond in 2009, Dusty immediately began working in financial planning. With decades of experience, including supervising more than 130 financial advisors and auditing over 400 offices nationwide, Dusty has built his career on precision and trust—the same principles on which Wealthridge Partners was founded.

Recognized in the “10 Under 40” by the Daily News-Record, Dusty is committed to providing personalized financial strategies to his clients. He also volunteers his expertise through CancerLINC and the Medical Society of Virginia, offering pro bono CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNING support to individuals facing medical challenges and student loan repayment debt.

Outside the office, Dusty embraces the outdoors in many ways, from the thrill of auto racing and snowboarding to the focus of golf and cycling. He also enjoys homesteading on his family farm in Keezletown, VA, where he finds balance through working with his hands. Dusty and Julie spend their evenings with their four-legged rescue pups, Roscoe and Lucy.
